40 West guitars  RETURN POLICY: Store owned items have a 24 hr inspection period.Items returned within this 24 hr period may be exchanged for credit of equal value or a refund minus a 5% restocking fee * ( all amplifiers are final sale).Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sold .On Shipped items 24hr inspection period applies. 40 West Guitars must be notified and approve the return. 

WARRANTY POLICY ON STORE OWNED ITEMS:

Electronics- 30 days   Instruments - 30 days  

40 West Guitars CONSIGNMENT RATE IS 15%

Warranty excludes speakers,tubes,strings and other consumable accessories

Consignment items have no waranty 

40 West Guitars is not responsible for fluctuating currency exchange rates.

Currency exchange rates are calculated on the day of the transaction                                                                                                                        

40 West guitars LAYAWAY POLICY ON STORE OWNED ITEMS: 50% minimum down payment required, refundable as store credit only, balance to be payed in 30 days, 24 hr approval rate is forfeited NOTE:If you are interested in a particular item and would like to put it on hold,please email us and let us know.No deposit is required for holds of less than 24 hours, but after that period a 50% deposit is required
